Hacienda Magica is a captivating fourteen-suite boutique villa nestled on the sandy shores of Fatima Bay Beach in the exclusive gated community of Puerto Aventuras. With stunning hacienda-inspired architecture, vibrant Mexican style, and breathtaking ocean views through floor-to-ceiling sliding windows, this fully staffed beachfront retreat offers the ultimate luxury experience for families, groups, destination weddings, and corporate events accommodating up to thirty-six guests.
The villa’s spacious living room opens through panoramic glass walls to reveal the turquoise Caribbean beyond, while the indoor bar invites you to relax between poolside sessions. The covered terrace provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining, and the traditional Mexican kitchen satisfies even the most demanding culinary needs. Fourteen suites are thoughtfully distributed between the ground and upper floors, with three enjoying direct ocean views and private balconies to take in the sunrise. Every suite features an ensuite bathroom, independent air conditioning, safe deposit box, satellite television, and premium toiletries.

Hacienda Magica stands apart with amenities rarely found in a private villa. A full-size tennis court occupies the interior patio, while the beachfront lap pool with Caribbean views, complimentary kayaks, and paddleboards provide endless options for recreation and relaxation. Pickleball and volleyball can be set up in the courtyard upon request. Sun chaises and umbrellas are arranged around the pool and along the sandy beach, creating the atmosphere of a private resort exclusively for you and your guests.
The villa’s dedicated staff includes a private chef, butler, daily housekeeping, groundskeeping, and concierge service, ensuring that every moment of your stay is effortless. For even larger gatherings, Hacienda Magica can be combined with neighboring Hacienda Jaguar, Hacienda Corazon, and Hacienda del Mar, creating a magnificent beachfront estate of fifty-one suites accommodating over one hundred guests with event capacity for up to two hundred. Puerto Aventuras’ charming marina village is within walking distance, while Playa del Carmen, Akumal, and the ancient ruins of Tulum are each just a short drive away.

Christmas & New Year stays take the whole hacienda — 7-night minimum, two guests per bedroom, VIP all-inclusive: meals, beverages, soft drinks and liquors, plus one round-trip airport transfer for the group.
