Hacienda Corazon, the “House of Hearts,” is a magnificent ten-suite beachfront estate set on the white sands of Fatima Bay in the exclusive gated community of Puerto Aventuras. With its enchanting colonial arches, internal courtyard, and sweeping ocean views, this fully staffed hacienda accommodates up to twenty-seven guests and stands as one of the finest large-group vacation properties on the entire Riviera Maya coast. Ten individually named suites are distributed across the hacienda’s east and west wings, each featuring a private ensuite bathroom, sumptuous bedding, spa-quality products, bathrobes, Nespresso coffee maker, smart TV, and air conditioning. Three master suites command spectacular ocean views and direct terrace access, while the west wing’s four garden-view suites offer tranquil retreats surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The hacienda’s expansive covered oceanfront terrace is the social heart of the property, perfect for alfresco dining, sunset cocktails, and evening gatherings under the stars.

Every stay is enriched by a dedicated team that includes a private chef preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a mixologist crafting refreshing cocktails, a butler, daily housekeeping, groundskeeping, and an exclusive concierge. Step from the terrace onto the palm-fringed beach for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the bay’s crystal-clear waters. The beachside swimming pool, chaise lounges, and barbecue grill complete the outdoor experience.
Puerto Aventuras places you in the heart of the Riviera Maya with a world-class marina, international restaurants, boutique shopping, Dolphin Discovery, golf, tennis, and a gymnasium all within walking distance. Playa del Carmen is a fifteen-minute drive, Akumal and Xpu-Ha beaches are minutes away, and the iconic ruins of Tulum are just thirty minutes south. For the largest gatherings, Hacienda Corazon can be rented alongside Hacienda Magica, Hacienda Jaguar, and Hacienda del Mar as part of the Luxury Estate, offering fifty-one suites for over one hundred guests.

Christmas & New Year stays take the whole hacienda — 7-night minimum, two guests per bedroom, VIP all-inclusive: meals, beverages, soft drinks and liquors, plus one round-trip airport transfer for the group.
