Positioned along Fatima Bay, the villa opens directly to calm turquoise waters ideal for swimming, paddling, and snorkeling, while the marina, local restaurants, and community services are just minutes away.
Wide terraces, a broad pool deck, and multiple lounging areas give everyone room to relax without losing the sense of being together. Fifteen individually appointed suites can be configured to match your group, with a minimum of four bedrooms available for smaller parties and full-house bookings for up to thirty-three guests. Each suite includes an ensuite bathroom, individual air conditioning, WiFi, and smart TV, with many offering balconies or terraces with ocean or garden views. The overall aesthetic is clean and contemporary with natural textures that keep the mood warm and relaxed, blending Caribbean light with artisanal Mexican details throughout.
Hacienda del Mar comes with a complete service team including a gourmet chef, butler, daily housekeeping, groundskeeping, maintenance staff, and a dedicated concierge for everything from airport transfers to cenote excursions. A game room, complimentary paddleboards, kayaks, and pickleball on request add to the entertainment options. For truly grand occasions, the estate combines seamlessly with neighboring Hacienda Corazon, Hacienda Magica, and Hacienda Jaguar, creating a beachfront compound of fifty-one suites for over one hundred guests with event capacity for up to one hundred fifty. Christmas & New Year stays take the whole hacienda — 7-night minimum, two guests per bedroom, VIP all-inclusive: meals, beverages, soft drinks and liquors, plus one round-trip airport transfer for the group.
